Returns & Refunds Policy
At Kensington Ease, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you would like to return an item. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly and transparently.
1. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs charges, or duties.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed, however wearing the item is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted. We kindly ask customers to order carefully.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow the steps below:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@kensingtonease.com with your order number and reason for return.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier or fulfillment partner.

Send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping and customs costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Please note: Returned items must be sent back within the timeframe provided after approval.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected at the return location, and the condition of the product has been approved:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
4. Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost return shipments if no valid tracking information is provided.

If the tracking information confirms delivery to the return address, responsibility for the package ends there.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. Changes after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work with you to find a suitable solution.
